1:00 Chair Yoga - If you thought you couldn’t do yoga in a chair, think again. Chair yoga is for EVERYBODY and for anyone who finds it difficult to sit on the floor or stand. In this 30-minute class we will show you how you can experience yoga in a supportive way. With a chair for support, this class challenges the body and mind through strengthening, stretching, relaxing and breathing. This class is for all levels, including those new to yoga.
